Metro Olographix has been organising MOCA every four years since 2004. Founded in 1994, Metro Olografix focuses on hacker culture. MOCA, originally created to celebrate 10 years of Metro Olografix, has become a recurrent event where hackers share their experiences and knowledge with the broader community and people interested to learn more about hacker culture.
